Deliveries

Where possible CNC International/Nail Creation will endeavor to dispatch goods on the same day provided we receive the order before 1pm and subject to payment terms as described in the Terms & Conditions being met and to the availability of stock. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as delays maybe due to circumstances beyond our control.

Costs

Do you live outside the EU? Then we charge standard shipping costs of € 50,-.

Do you live inside the EU, but outside the Netherlands? Belgium? Or Germany? Then we charge standard shipping costs of € 25,-.

Germany: For order up to € 200,- ex. VAT delivery costs will be charged of € 9,50. Order from € 200,- ex. VAT are free of delivery costst.

The Netherlands/ Belgium: For order up to € 115,- ex. VAT delivery costs will be charged of € 6,75. Order from € 115,- ex. VAT are free of delivery costs.

Cancellation

Prior to dispatch, cancellations will be accepted but will incur a 5% handling charge. Cancellations after dispatch cannot be accepted.

Claims

Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit must be made in writing to the company within 3 days. CNC International/Nail Creation cannot be held responsible for any losses sustained through delays in transit.
