From the way these training courses are named, you can tell that they are designed to teach you to become a professional nail stylist. You can choose from 3 types of basic training programme: the short Basic Training, the extended Examination Programme or the comprehensive Combi Acryl/Gel Programme. You can supplement your basic training afterwards with separate Additional Training (that are included in the Examination and Combi Programmes).
During the Basic Training Programme, you will learn nail styling techniques in theory and practice. You are free to choose which system you want to work with: gel or acryl. After completing your basic training, you can start working as a nail stylist straight away. These courses take 5 days or, if you prefer, 10 evenings.
The extended Examination Programme consists of the basic training plus all the separate specialisation workshops. With these courses, you are also free to choose whether you want to work with gel or acryl. These courses take 10 days or, if you prefer, 20 evenings. The course includes a trial and a final examination
The most comprehensive training programme is the Combi Acryl/Gel Programme. This is identical to the Examination Programme, but you will learn the acryl PLUS the gel system. The course takes 16 days and after you have completed it, you are entitled to call yourself a Full Professional. The course includes trial and final examinations in both systems.
The Additional Trainings are included in the Examination and Combi Programmes. This means they are designed for stylists who have completed their basic training and who wish to expand their knowledge and techniques.
This workshop looks into the basic theory in more depth and helps you increase your specialist knowledge.
In practice, you regularly encounter problem nails. In this workshop, you will learn how to treat them.
This is the most common treatment used in salons. This workshop builds on the after-care techniques you learn during your basic training.
This course looks into the problems you might encounter in practice and how to prevent and solve them.
Instead of working with tips, you can also use forms. This technique is slightly more complicated, but once you have mastered forms, you will be able to work much faster.
Additional practical training to supplement the beginner level course and improve your forms technique.
